3.1 To make a booking, Clients must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse any booking based on incorrect or incomplete information.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in the booking confirmation. Registration fees for special event books hosted by us or a third party are never refundable.

3.3 Payment methods accepted include all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and other services that offer payment plans.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

5.2 Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destinations they visit.

5.3 Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during the trip.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 We act as an intermediary between Clients and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of these providers.

6.2 We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

6.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service in question.

7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Out at Sea LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Clients may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
